Throw on something comfy and join Mayu downstairs in the Fitness Center! Please bring your own yoga mat and water, as mats are limited in the Fitness Center. Arrive 10 minutes before starting time to sign your waiver (if it's your first time practicing at the Flats) and secure your favorite spot to practice!
